Anti-aging

Being as healthy as possible is the key to performing at your highest capacity.

Anti-aging

Anti-aging at WIN means keeping the brain and body working at their best as the years add up: memory, mental sharpness, energy, sleep and recovery, for adults who want to stay fully themselves. The same approach we use with children, finding and treating the medical cause and then stimulating brain function with measured therapies, applies to healthy aging. In Houston and San Juan, adults receive an individualized plan built from their own labs and a baseline.

What is WIN's anti-aging program?

It is a wellness program, not a cosmetic one. Built on the Franceschi Method®, it starts with a full medical evaluation and specialized laboratories to find what is quietly working against you, such as nutritional deficiencies, hormonal or metabolic imbalances, inflammation or environmental toxins, and then combines functional medicine, nutrition and therapies that support brain function. It does not promise to turn back the clock; it aims to give the body what it needs to age well, and to measure whether that is working.

Who it's for

  • Adults who notice brain fog, slower recall or trouble holding focus through a long workday.
  • People whose energy, sleep or recovery from exercise is not what it was, without a clear explanation.
  • Adults with a family history of cognitive decline who want to act early rather than wait.
  • Professionals, executives and athletes over 40 who want to protect performance.
  • Anyone rebuilding capacity after a long illness, surgery or brain injury.

The program is for adults in generally good health as well as those managing chronic conditions. Where a condition needs a specialist, WIN works alongside your existing doctors.

What the program addresses

Aging is partly biology and partly accumulated strain: nutrient gaps, chronic inflammation, hormonal change, poor sleep and reduced circulation all affect how well neurons communicate and repair. WIN evaluates for each of these and addresses them in order. Nutrition and individualized supplementation give the brain the building blocks for neurotransmitters. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy delivers oxygen under pressure to support healing and brain function, and PEMF supports cellular energy and recovery. Neurofeedback trains brainwave patterns tied to attention, regulation and sleep. Hormone and metabolic findings guide the functional medicine protocol, and genetic testing can inform which supplements are likely to matter.

How WIN evaluates healthy aging

Phase I begins with the initial medical evaluation (step 01): about 1 to 1.5 hours with the physician and roughly 3 hours in the office, including your history, prior treatments and medical and neurodevelopmental testing. Specialized laboratories (step 02) for adults typically include hormone panels, metabolic panels, nutritional deficiencies and environmental toxins, with genetic testing or a food allergy panel added when indicated. The Franceschi Method development test provides a baseline for memory, attention, balance and coordination, so changes are measured rather than guessed. You leave with a written, individualized protocol.

What an anti-aging program looks like: the three phases

Phase I — Evaluation and planning. Evaluation, labs and the follow-up appointment (step 03), where results are reviewed and a protocol for any medical conditions found is set.

Phase II — Evaluation results and protocols. Dietary modification and individualized supplementation based on your labs, with functional and integrative protocols for hormonal, metabolic or inflammatory findings. The WIN evaluations then shape the therapy plan.

Phase III — Multisensory and psycho-emotional therapy. Sessions that typically combine HBOT, PEMF and neurofeedback, with behavioral health support when stress or mood is part of the picture. Results are measured constantly and the protocol is adjusted.

What to expect

Therapy sessions take place at the Houston or San Juan center; follow-up visits can be done by telemedicine for adults in Texas, Florida and Puerto Rico, and patients from elsewhere travel for therapy blocks. Many adults first notice changes in sleep, energy and mental clarity; memory and focus are tracked against the baseline over time. Progress depends on what the labs reveal and on consistency with the nutrition and lifestyle parts of the plan, which is why re-evaluation is built in.

Common questions

What does WIN's anti-aging program include?

A comprehensive medical evaluation, specialized laboratories such as hormone, metabolic, nutritional and environmental toxin panels, and a baseline cognitive and motor test. From those results, the physician writes an individualized protocol that typically combines nutrition and supplementation, functional medicine, and therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen, PEMF and neurofeedback. Progress is re-measured and the plan adjusted over time.

Can hyperbaric oxygen or PEMF help with memory, energy or cognitive decline?

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy delivers oxygen under pressure to support healing and brain function, and PEMF supports cellular energy and recovery, which is why they are part of many adult plans at WIN. Their effect on memory or cognition varies from person to person and depends on what else is going on medically, so WIN uses them alongside a nutrition and functional medicine protocol and measures results against a baseline rather than promising a specific outcome. Anyone with a diagnosed cognitive condition should keep their neurologist involved.

Who is a good candidate for the wellness program?

Adults who want to protect or improve memory, focus, energy and recovery, whether they are in good health and planning ahead, managing a chronic condition, or rebuilding after illness, surgery or injury. The evaluation determines what is worth treating in your case. If labs and testing show nothing to address, we will tell you that too.

Do you accept insurance?

Please contact our team for current information on insurance, payment options and what to expect for your plan — it varies by location and by service. We will walk you through it before your first visit.

Do I need to travel to Houston or San Juan, or can we start remotely?

Telemedicine is available for families in Texas, Florida and Puerto Rico, and many families start that way. The WIN neurodevelopment evaluations and the Phase III therapies happen in person at our Houston or San Juan centers; international families are welcome at both.
