What is Anti-Aging?
Anti-aging is a recent concept in medicine and refers to early detection, prevention, and treatment of age-related diseases. People want to look and feel younger. We all want to slow or delay the process of aging. It has been postulated that we start aging at 21 years old. With the advances in genetics metabolism and anti-aging medicine, we have been able to understand better the aging process, what accelerates it, what decelerates it. We are still learning.
