Farah Buck, APRN, FNP-BC, APHN-BC, PMHS, HWNC-BC
Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in integrative behavioral health, pediatric and adolescent mental health, neurodevelopmental concerns, and holistic care. She partners with children, adolescents, adults, and families to address ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism, trauma-related stress, addiction-informed care, and other complex behavioral and medical concerns through personalized whole-person care.
Farah combines evidence-based medicine with holistic, trauma-informed, and functional mental health principles to address the whole person. Throughout her career, she has cared for children and families with complex medical, developmental, and behavioral needs at renowned organizations including Texas Children’s Hospital and Houston ISD, where she specialized in care coordination, pediatric behavioral health, medically complex conditions, and school-based health services. Her approach integrates medical assessment, behavioral health, nervous system regulation, lifestyle medicine, and family coaching to promote resilience, emotional well-being, and lasting functional improvement.
With more than a decade of experience across pediatric primary care, family medicine, and community and school health, Farah is recognized for her compassionate, collaborative approach. An accomplished classical pianist, singer, and music educator, she also incorporates adaptive music principles that support motor development, sensory integration, and emotional wellness. She empowers patients and families with practical strategies, education, and compassionate guidance to foster lasting health, resilience, and an improved quality of life.
